We operate as your trusted advisor for business productivity solutions, leading the solution development lifecycle from inception and planning, through delivery, and into operation.

Establish Baseline Performance
One of the first steps in improving a process or system is to measure its current performance across multiple variables.  Assemble your organization's stakeholders and get consensus on the key performance metrics of your existing processes or systems. Those metrics and data become the baseline to set business performance objectives and to measure the performance of a new solution.

Discovery and assessment
We gather information from stakeholders, conduct interviews with key personnel, and acquire performance information and create an in-depth profile of your business needs, information, organization and assets.

We will deliver an assessment report that profiles your organization, identifies recommended solutions, recommends best practices, identifies related risks and mitigation, and lays out an action plan to maximize your organization's readiness for proposed solutions.

Solution Proposal
Armed with information we gathered during the discovery and assessment phase, we will submit a complete project proposal containing a solution architecture overview, pricing, resource plan and project schedule with deliverables.

Delivery
We will drive solution development and coordinate responsibilities for bluLink Solutions, the client, and partners (as appropriate) in a shared project plan.

Operations
Ongoing management and monitoring is outside the scope of our service model.  After deployment, we will steadily ramp down our operational oversight until daily operations are fully handed off to your IT team. We will provide training and prescriptive guidance for essential management and operation procedures.  For cloud-based deployments, the partner provider will support hosted SharePoint solutions.
