The Technical Project Manager will collaborate with, educate, and influence decision makers and partners to adopt our offerings including custom and pre-built solutions, as well as managed resources service line as needed per each unique engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for pipeline support and the delivery of our most complex enterprise solutions though may also be required to facilitate the successful delivery of multiple smaller solutions simultaneously. Their understanding of the development lifecycle and breadth of skillsets must span from the early stages of discovery and analysis to release and change management.

The Technical Project Manager must be a great leader and have a desire to lead change, impacting others in a positive way by challenging, educating and supporting.

The chosen candidate is expected to take on a leadership role on multi-person projects consisting of other Blulink technical consultants, partners and customer representatives to drive successful deployments in complex and dynamic business environments.



  • Leverage a broad set of professional and technical skills to deliver the right solution to customer

  • Drive the creation of features and products that delight our client’s end users with effective, robust and intuitive solutions that are both high quality and a first class user experience

  • Conduct conversations across all levels of the customer organization from CxO to interns in an audience-appropriate manner, using the domain-specific language of the audience to maximize comprehension, influence, and credibility

  • Understand the client’s business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional groups to build services that are engaging, measurable, and goal-reaching

  • Effectively capture and clearly document business requirements, functional and design specifications and solution architectures of complex enterprise projects

  • Estimate work tasks reliably and helps mentor others in the organization to improve their estimation skills

  • Lead proposal writing as well as RFP’s and RFI’s for owned and assigned opportunities.

  • Support sales and marketing efforts

  • Leads a cross-functional team with a focus on product delivery and adherence to client’s SDLC and methodologies; leverage bluLink Solutions best practices where appropriate

  • Identify resource needs necessary, both internal and external needed to assemble the best-fit team and assign individual responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Depending on PM availability and project size, may be expected to develop the project plan including key milestones to ensure delivery of a high quality solution, on time and within budget

  • Assess and manage risks and issues, measure and report on progress against plan, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make project tradeoffs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints

  • Drive all project stages including concept/plan/analyze/design/develop/test/release

  • Conduct daily stand-ups and other solution development processes to triage issues and stimulate innovation and problem solving throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate across teams to minimize ambiguity and increase efficiency and velocity; adhere to communication plan

  • Assist with maturing internal product development and product launch methodology processes and standards

  • Maintain and consistently review with sales team, the clients’ development and environment maturity road maps

  • Participate in maintaining the PMO for associated internal and external projects supporting real-time KPI’s to support continuous optimization of the DevOps organization

  • Manage utilization targets and time entries for subordinates including offshore resources

  • Manage any external third-party relationships necessary to deliver the solution

  • Be the single point of contact to client stakeholders and from time to time sponsors and economic buyers as well

  • Development of operational requirements (e.g. Tier I/II support, installation and field services)

  • Continually monitor, maintain and communicate business case results with client

  • Analyze, maintain and revise existing practices and processes to drive operational efficiencies

  • Facilitate project retrospectives to gauge/adjust development practices; conduct with client and internally for lessons learned, drive improvements to methodologies, processes, and tools

  • Establish a high performance engineering team with well documented processes, templates, guidelines, and measures in place for continuous optimization of delivery

  • Work with and recommend third-party solutions as appropriate per build vs. buy analysis; leverage partners where possible

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred

  • ​Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in software engineering and solutions delivery

  • Experience designing, building, deploying front, back, and middle-tier systems

  • Proven track record of efficiently delivering within a technical consulting services company/division

  • Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more direct reports

  • 5+ years of experience designing deploying and managing multi-tier server architectures

  • Either already possesses or must acquire Microsoft Certification in required areas

  • Hybrid deployment experience: designing and supporting co-existence between on-premises and cloud

  • Experience delivering enterprise services on Office 365 including: SharePoint, CRM, and O365 administration

  • Experience delivering solutions using the SAAS, IAAS, and PAAS model on Azure

  • Microsoft corpnet ecosystem experience highly desired

  • 5+ years of experience in leading client-side application development using HTML, XSLT, JavaScript and CSS including server side solution/feature/service development in C# or other .NET Framework language

  • 5+ years of production ASP.NET development

  • Contributor of best practices for governance and information management policy

  • Experienced in server consolidation: migrating physical farms to virtual using Hyper-V

  • 5+ years of project management experience–create and manage complex project plans

  • Experience customizing and integrating the following services is highly preferred: Power BI, Dynamics, Intune, Project Server, Teams, Yammer, Lync, Exchange and OneDrive for Business

  • PMP certification is a plus

  • Scrum Master certification is preferred
